Do you wonder if anyone is ever reading your emails, documentation and even emails. I used to add the words “mickey mouse” to internal documents to proove a point that despite being “100% necessary” no one ever read them.
Also, we all click ignore on read receipt requests right(?), so adding “you’ve won a free chocolate bar” to the end of a recent email also gave me a better idea of how many people had read it all.
